Oat Bread

Brandon thought he'd try his hand at making some bread this week. He likes small, easy, and oatmeal, so this loaf was perfect. He completely made it in the bread machine and it turned out wonderful. We will certainly make this loaf again.

Ingredients

3/4 c. and 1 Tbs. and 1 t. water

1 Tbs. and 1 t. margarine

3/4 t. salt

2 c. flour

1/3 c. rolled oats

1 Tbs. and 1 t. brown sugar

1 t. active dry yeast

Directions

1. Put ingredients in bread machine in the order listed.
2. Set machine to white bread, light crust.  If your bread machine cooks bread too long even on light crust, remove bread from machine 5-10 minutes early.
3. Enjoy!

Makes a single 1 lb loaf of bread.
